As part of our corporate mission we are committed to have a positive impact on the communities where our restaurants are located. From partnering with neighborhood schools to fundraising events in the restaurant, we are committed to encouraging communities to come together while enjoying great food in the company of family and friends. Red Hot & Blue has established a regional focus for charitable donations. Preference is given to organizations located in the communities that we have a restaurant located.

To be eligible to receive a gift card/certificate, food donation or hold a Spirit Night fundraising event, the requesting organization must be designated a 501(c)3 non-profit organization by the US Internal Revenue Service or an academic or athletic community organization. Generally, the purpose of the organization, event or program must benefit persons or communities served by Red Hot & Blue Restaurants, Inc.

Fundraising Spirit Night Requests:

The Red Hot & Blue Piggyback SPIRIT NIGHT fund-raising program provides an opportunity to raise money for school groups, athletic teams or non-profit charitable organizations. You can raise support and funds fast – and have a great time in the process! It’s easy! On designated fundraising days/nights, Red Hot & Blue will donate 15% of the receipts from restaurant guests who bring in the flyer representing their fundraising event on the specific day/evening. You do the invitin’, we’ll take care of everything else. It’s a stress-free fundraising event for you!

EASY STEPS TO HOLDING YOUR OWN FUNDRAISER:

  1. Complete the form online.
  2. The store manager will contact you and help you schedule your fundraising day/night.
  3. Red Hot & Blue will send you an email with confirmation of the date requested and provide you with an electronic file of the flyer you will copy and distribute to members of your organization and your community.
  4. Advertise your event and remind participants to bring the flyer with them to Red Hot & Blue to apply the 15% proceeds from each receipt to your organization fundraiser.
  5. Red Hot & Blue will total the receipts of the flyers collected and within two weeks will mail a check to the address on the form.

Donation and Fundraising Request Guidelines:

  • Restaurants are able to donate gift cards, gift baskets, food, beverages, merchandise and meeting space to nonprofit organizations. We do not provide sponsorships, scholarships or monetary donations.
  • Requests will be accepted only through the online application form below (preferred) or in writing on official letterhead that includes all the information as requested included form.
  • The requesting organization should be a 501(c)3 nonprofit or equivalent.
  • Requests must be submitted a minimum of 2-4 weeks/months prior to the scheduled event date/date of need.
  • Donations are not intended for use by individuals or groups for personal or corporate profit.
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to honor all requests that we receive, please accept our apology in advance if we are unable to fulfill your request.
